Belgian Liege Waffles: A brioche yeasted waffle, baked in the wood fired oven to caramelize the pearl sugar to the perfect crunch. A rich and perfectly sweet waffle served in the traditional format with a dusting of powdered sugar and the ability to be eaten with or without utensils
