Women's Serenity Retreat by the Bay

Join us for a rejuvenating escape, designed to offer the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and community. We’ll enjoy dinner and refreshments, and also giveaways!

Where: Abraham Lincoln Lodge 500 Smith Rd. Webster, NY 14580
Cost: $60 - YMCA Member; $85 - Non-Member

Activities will include:

- Kayaking & Paddle Boarding
- SUP Yoga
- Nordic Walking
- Crafting with Color Me Mine
- Guided Meditation & Yoga
- IMX Pilates & Body Balance
- Massages

Embrace serenity, adventure, and camaraderie at the Women’s Serenity Retreat by the Bay. We look forward to welcoming you! The first 25 women to register will be entered into a drawing for one week of unlimited 30-minute sessions at Lumos Infrared Spa! All proceeds benefit the Bay View Annual Campaign.

What to bring: Sneakers (required for trails), Swimsuit, Towel, Sunscreen & Bug Spray, Water Bottle, and Yoga Mat.
