Join Misty on a Shamanic Guided Journey to connect with our Inner Child.

The Inner Child can often hold the key to emotions/situations we have struggled in. Dive into connecting with this sacred energy to give the Inner Child a voice & allow their woundings to be heard, while also connecting with the amazing gifts they carry.

We will connect with both the wounded & healed Inner Child.

Participants are welcome to bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, eye covers, & dress comfortably. No children, please.
