MPOWERMENT for Menopause: Real Talk & Restorative Movement

Join Jennifer McCormick, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Skinfluenced by Jen, and Marlee LiButti, RN, Yoga Therapist, and co-owner of Align Yoga & Wellness, for a supportive and empowering 75-minute workshop designed for anyone navigating perimenopause or menopause. We’ll begin with a 30-minute real talk on perimenopause and menopause—what’s normal, what’s not, and how to support your changing body with confidence. You’ll have time for questions, conversation, and a quick break before transitioning into a 45-minute yoga practice designed specifically for hormone balance, stress relief, and deep replenishment. This is your space to connect, learn, and move in a way that honors where you are.
