Please join us for the Mending Broken Hearts Workshop for Youth Only on August 12th, 13th, and 14th from 9am-3pm. This three day workshop will guide participants through their feelings of unresolved grief, loss, and intergenerational or historical trauma in a safe and culturally emersed setting.

What to expect:
In the Mending Broken Hearts Workshop, participants will identify unresolved grief, loss, or trauma in their lives and also learn about intergenerational trauma. Participants will learn to use powerful tools to gain insights and healing to improve their wellbeing through guided discussions, ceremony, etc. Participants must attend all three days of the workshop.
Transportation:
Transportation is available for participants by request. Please let us know if you are in need of transportation when you register. Participants will also receive a $10 gas card.
Location: St Croix Tribal Education Building (down the hill from the Tribal Clinic)
Meals:
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided for all participants.
Who is welcome:
This Mending Broken Hearts Workshop for Youth is open to all Tribal Members or Descendants who are age 13-17.
Who is facilitating:
Laura Merchant and Jen McNamara are certified facilitators and will be conducting this Mending Broken Hearts Workshop for Youth.
