As a Tuning Fork Sound Therapist, she helps individuals achieve deep balance and transformation. Frances also runs a tuning fork educational group named, Lightcodes Tuning Fork Academy, training wellness practitioners in sound therapy for personal and professional growth.
A skilled Qigong Instructor and Intuitive Guide, Frances facilitates plant medicine ceremonies, automatic writing, and women's retreats, creating spaces for healing and spiritual awakening. Having overcome two near-death experiences, she brings wisdom, resilience, and compassion to her work.
