Intro to Runes

A look into the symbolism and energy of the runes.



Runes are an ancient alphabet native to the Germanic peoples that were developed around the 2nd - 4th centuries AD. In Norse mythology, the runes have a deeper meaning.



In this class, we will learn about the 24 runes of the Elder Futhark, which is the oldest form of the runic alphabets.



By understanding the meanings of each rune, one can gain a deeper understanding and use them as a powerful tool for reflection, meditation and divinatory practices.
