Get ready for the ultimate mash-up of fitness and fun! 💪 Join us for a high energy event featuring 2 CrossFit style WODs (no experience needed, just bring the energy!) and some classic backyard games to spice things up.

💵 $20 per person
🔥 Expect laughs, sweat, and some friendly competition!

💥 WOD 1:
5 Rounds for Time
20 KB Deadlifts (35/53)
15 Russian KB Swings
10 Goblet Squats
100m Run
🎯🎯🎯Backyard Games: To Be Determined!🎯🎯🎯
💥 WOD 2:
2 Rounds for Time
20 Wall Balls
10 Pull-Ups
10 DB Snatch (35/50)
20 Sit-Ups
🌀🌀🌀Waterfall Style Format🌀🌀🌀
- Athlete 1 starts first and moves through the workout.
- As soon as Athlete 1 finishes their KB Deadlifts, Athlete 2 begins.
- Each athlete follows in sequence.
- Athlete 1 continues through the workout but cannot restart at KB Deadlifts until athlete 4 completes the run.
We will explain and demonstrate day of, don’t worry! Now let’s bring the energy and crush it together! 💥
