Rewire & Restore – Bodywork Study Group

Join us for a gentle, non-forced bodywork study group where you’ll learn effective ways to relieve pain, stress, and tension in the body—by working on a partner. Rooted in osteopathic principles, this hands-on class explores how subtle, cooperative touch can release deeply held tension patterns without strain or force. You’ll improve your own body awareness, develop new skills for helping others, and leave feeling lighter, looser, and ready for deeper training. No prior experience needed—just comfortable clothing and an openness to learn.

$20 for class
