Join us for our West Fork Dementia Support Group held on the last Thursday of each month from 5:30 p.m.

Build a support system and get insight from fellow caregivers and family members.

West Fork is here to provide emotional, educational, and social support to friends and families of individuals coping with Alzheimer's Disease or related dementias. Come and enjoy a calm and peaceful way to connect with others.
