Our 2nd Annual PR party!!

What better way to ring in the New Year than ringing that PR Bell 🔔

We will begin training for this event early October.

Lifts will include but not be limited to

Power lifting total: Back squat, Bench press, Deadlift 1rm

Olympic Total: Snatch/Clean & Jerk

Super Total: All 5 lifts above

Sandbag to shoulder
Log clean and press
Frame deadlift
