This is a non sanctioned competition which we are encouraging a lot of first time lifters to get their taste of the platform. 

You will not be required to wear a singlet but it would be a lot cooler if you did ?

Event Details: 
Lifts- 
Snatch 
Clean & Jerk 
-Each athlete will have 3 attempts to complete their heaviest weight at each lift. 
-You will complete all 3 snatches then all 3 clean & jerks 
- You will have 60 seconds to complete a lift. If lift is not successfully completed within the window of time it will be a no lift. 
- This will be a single rising bar for men and women. Meaning we will start at weight, continue to add weight and you will jump in wherever you see fit. 

Divisions: 
Men’s lightweight- < 200lbs 
Men’s heavyweight > 200lbs 

Women’s lightweight < 165
Women’s heavyweight > 165
