Qigong Class

In September, we observe both National Self-Care Awareness Month and National Suicide Prevention Month. These observances remind us of the importance of prioritizing mental and emotional wellness. Our upcoming qigong class is a supportive space to cultivate vital energy and reduce stress through gentle movement and breathwork.

This beginner class will be held at the tea room on September 20th from 6:00pm - 7:00pm. You can register through the ticket link, or visit our website!
