Spring 2026: Research Workshop #3: Avoiding Plagiarism & Using Citations

Students will learn about the different types of plagiarism and how to avoid it by using APA reference entry and in-text citations.

About this Event

This is the third of three research workshops required for CNA 100 students at Wayne State College. You must attend all three to receive credit.

Pre-Register: Each student should sign-up individually for ONE session. There are 12 sessions available for this workshop during Weeks 6 & 7 (Feb 16-27) of the Spring 2026 semester:

Tuesday (3pm or 4pm): Feb 17, Feb 24
Wednesday (2pm or 3pm): Feb 18, Feb 25
Friday (9am or 10am): Feb 20, Feb 27

Location: TBA

Required: You will need to bring your laptop to each workshop. You can use your phone, but a laptop will make your life much easier.
