Dances of Universal Peace Miniretreat

This day-long mini-retreat is a chance to create sacred space together through a heart-opening, peace-building spiritual practice of movement and mantra. The Dances of Universal Peace draws on prayers and songs of many spiritual traditions while acknowledging the One and the Oneness of all beings. No experience necessary. All the movements are taught before the dance, and participating through presence is also possible for those with mobility issues.
