Tai Chi for Health at the Library

Tai Chi for Health
at the Wayland Free Library.
We are pleased to offer the Community the opportunity to participate in Tai Chi classes this Summer. From Tuesday July 1st to Tuesday August 19th, Wendy Fambro from Lifespan will be at our Library to teach Tai Chi at noon. (12-12:45pm)
This program is free to the participants.
It is supported in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health. All are welcome, space permitting. We encourage you to register ahead of time!
A special invitation goes to caregivers of friends/family with memory loss. Come on your own or with your loved one!
