Healthy Mama Workshop

Whether you're a "stay at home mama" or a "9-5 working mama", we've scheduled two various workshop times to accommodate your schedule! Join us at 10:00AM (EDT) or 5:30PM (EDT) to learn about safe exercise practices, meet fellow mamas, and take advantage of our many giveaways (SWAG bags, resistance bands, stability balls, or even gym/group fitness membership vouchers)! You won't leave empty handed and the fellowship and knowledge is guaranteed to be unmatched! Can't wait to see you there!
