Summer Series Community Workout #4

Join us for the final Summer Series Community Workout on Saturday, September 14 at 10:30 AM at Middle James Brewing as we close out the season strong with a workout for a cause! This event will support I Support the Girls, a nonprofit providing bras, underwear, and menstrual hygiene products to those experiencing homelessness, impoverishment, or distress. Bring donations of pads, tampons, or new/lightly used sports bras to be entered into our raffle filled with awesome prizes. Come sweat, give back, and celebrate the last workout of our Summer Series with community, fitness, and fun!
