Formal Winter Wonderland Memorial Gala

Our family will be hosting this Formal elegant evening of remembrance and celebration in a picturesque Winter Wonderland setting, supporting the Firefighter Association.
This special gala is held in memory of Paul Servent and Melanie Daigle, who tragically lost their lives in a house fire almost 30 years ago. We couldn’t think of a better way to honor their memory than by coming together as a community to celebrate their lives and support an important cause. Their story reminds us of the importance of community, fire safety, and supporting one another.
Everyone is welcome—whether you knew Paul and Melanie personally or not, we invite you to come together and contribute to this meaningful cause.

Event Schedule:
✨ Doors Open: 4:30 PM
✨ Dinner Served: 6:00 PM (Gluten-free option available. )
🍷 Wine will be included with supper.
✨ Dance the Night Away: 9:00 PM with DJ Tixology
🎶 The dance floor will come alive with the best hits from the '80s, '90s, and beyond!
Menu:
• Mashed Potatoes
• choice of Chicken with creamy sauce or Smoked Beef Brisket or vegan loaf
• Cabbage and cucumber salad with creamy dressing
• Buttered Creamed Corn
• Glazed Carrots
• Choice of Regular or Gluten-Free Bread and Butter
• Dessert: White or Chocolate Cake with Strawberry Coulis ( will be accompanied with a Coconut cream truffle)
