Yoga at the Market

Details: Join me for this 45-minute, all-levels class to elevate your mood and start the day off right. No matter if you are a skilled yogi or this will be your first class-there is a spot for you. You can expect a motivating playlist, moves to get your blood flowing, and just the right energy to make the day great!

Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, wear comfortable clothes, and bring an open mind to guarantee leaving with your soul fueled!
