Waverly Post-Partum Women's Health Course

This course is designed to help educate women about the many physiological effects or body changes that they could experience after having a baby. An additional focus of this course is to inform women about the various strengthening activities and other modifications they can make in their daily lives to be more comfortable/confident post-partum.

- Pain with intercourse
- Diastasis Recti
- Improving core strength
- Prolapse
- Vulvar skin care
- Increased peeing frequency and urgency
- Leaking urine
- C-section self-care
- Constipation
