Come join us for a 45 minute, all levels, power vinyasa flow set to the beat of the sun. If you are ready to elevate your mind, challenge your body, and leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the week, then this ones for you!
Meet at Kohlman Part at 5:45pm (right across from the brewery) with you mat, water, a sweat towel, and maybe a friend for class. The fun isn't over after class, join us for $2 off pints at the brewery after.

$10 per class. Pay cash or venmo at the start of the class. Class taught by Libbey Werkman. Every Monday May-September.
