Mushrooms are a profitable, sustainable crop that can be grown year round on a small footprint —-ideal for farms of any size looking to increase income and efficiency.
This hands-on workshop, held at the Sussex County Extension Office, is designed especially for small, beginning, entry, and emerging farmers interested in diversifying their operation and/or exploring mushrooms as a niche specialty crop product.
