Radical Self Care for Perimenopause

Kuusi Nordic Spa at Sugar Creek Retreat is surrounded by acres of state park forrest. The day will begin with an optional hike. We will then convene for a brief walking meditation and break for fresh juice and discussion. Next, there will be a one hour facilitated discussion with information and techniques for improving quality of life during perimenopause. We will look at ways to help your sleep, mood, and energy during this life transtion. The point is to embrace what is happening to feel more empowered and knowledgeable, all with a healthy sense of humor. We will then experience the therapueitc benefits of the Nordic Spa which helps us tap into a tradition popular across many cultures for stress relief. We will end the day with a gentle yoga practice and time for questions and discussion.
