Join other volunteers for 30 minutes or less of installing the May book hike at county grounds park. This project goes really fast with just 5 people. All training and materials will be provided. Putting pre-made signboards into holders. Pushing sign holders into the ground along existing paths at ~100' increments.
Registration is requested for coordination purposes.
Meeting at 12:15pm at the Friends of County Grounds shed (see instructions and image below).
Drive ~ 1 block north of 92nd and Watertown Plank Road. Parking shown on map. Meet at the shed just north of the Watertown Apartments. Additional park map at:
Dress for the weather, we will hold event unless there is lightning. There are no onsite restrooms.
THis initiative is funded by the Tosa Youth Commission and is a great way to bring more families to the park and into the woods!
