Subtle Body, Wild Soul
A 3-week movement & inner exploration series designed to reconnect us to the wisdom of our subtle body, move through stagnancy & disconnection, and re-awaken to our wild and intuitive Essence as women.
The intention of this immersion is to help us remember the beauty of moving slowly and breathing deeply, as well as the power of listening to the body’s innate wisdom.
This is a NON choreographed course. In this 3-part workshop we will explore sensuality and intuition through gentle movement, soft touch, deep breathing and quiet listening.
While coming to all three sessions is encouraged so that you can journey deeper, you are also welcome to come to just one session. Even one session will open new pathways of being in your body and world.
