Conscious Calibrations is inviting you to join me and other beautiful souls for a free midweek gathering where we can learn about bridging the gap with our mind, body and soul.
You're invited to an evening where we dive into Compassionate Heart Connections .
Step away from the everyday and join us for a special gathering designed to replenish your entire being and step into a feeling of connecting with the compassion inside yourself.
This is your opportunity to disconnect from the demands of the world and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful and supportive environment. There will be mingling, a meditation, a short talk on the conscious ability of recognizing compassion inside our hearts, and how to connect that compassion to different aspects of our lives, dancing, laughing and creating. We will release the month, and show up for ourselves wholeheartedly. Creating conscious connections - tuning into the moment learning about ourselves with safe, judgement free energy.
August 27th, 6-8p.
Food and refreshments provided, along with a special guest and an optional craft to take home with you.
Everything will be provided, please bring yourself and a journal if you have one (they will also be provided). Don't forget your soulful spirit too!
