$15 per class when you sign up for 5 classes of your choice across the month.
Vinyasa Yoga Mondays 7pm
Join Kate for pose alignment, pranayama,meditation, yoga philosophy& mindful movement.

Mat Pilates Thursday Nights 6.30pm guided movement with Paige that supports strength and postural alignment, with a strong focus on flexibility, balance and the mind-body connection. Move with intention, build resilience, and feel more at home in your body.

Yoga Flow Saturday Mornings 8.30amLisa provides an inclusive, all abilities class. Build strength, clarity and bliss as you move through a dynamic whole body experience. A playful, powerful class that leaves you feeling refreshed and uplifted.
