Breath work and Guided Meditation

We invite you to join us this Sunday evening at Topaz Apothecary!

Each week, we come together in circle to breathe, to soften, and to return home to ourselves. Through breathwork and guided meditation, the body opens, the mind quiets, and the heart remembers its own light.

Life can feel so heavy at times—we carry stress, grief, or the simple weight of too many responsibilities.

These sessions are a chance to set it all down, if only for an hour, and reconnect to the peace that lives within.
