A Sound Bath Journey to the Stars Within

Join us for another relaxing experience at the Waukesha Planetarium!

As the projected stars twinkle above us, and the familiar constellations guide our eyes, allow the resonant vibrations of the sound bath to guide your spirit.

We will begin with gentle breathing exercises to ground us in this moment, followed by a soundscape designed to evoke the vastness and tranquility of the cosmos.

We’ll be using instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, each chosen for their ability to create harmonic frequencies that resonate with the very essence of our being.
