Western Swing comes to Waukegan! What is Western Swing you ask? Lets let Wikipedia answer that: The music is an amalgamation of rural, cowboy, polka, early Honky Tonk, old-time, Dixieland jazz, and blues blended with swing and played by a "hot" string band often augmented with drums, saxophones, pianos and, notably, the steel guitar.

Waukegan native Patrick Brenner brings his band to downtown Sunday night for a swinging good time.
