Poppin' up at the Waukegan Park District Touch a Truck!

Join GlenRock POP for a night of family fun, flashing lights, and fizz-tastic memories at one of Lake County’s most beloved summer events! Kids (and kids-at-heart) can climb, explore, and get hands-on with fire trucks, construction vehicles, and more. Enjoy live demos from the Waukegan Police Department’s K-9 unit, snap a selfie with your favorite machine, and stick around for a free movie under the stars at the Stiner Pavilion—complete with popcorn (while supplies last)!

Bring a blanket, your beach chairs, bug spray, and that neighbor who still talks about GlenRock from 1987. We’ll be serving up ice-cold glass-bottled POP, lots of smiles, and that classic GlenRock joy all evening long.

This is a FREE event—no registration, no entrance fee, and no parking charge. Just pure POP-powered fun, right by the lake.
