"Sunday Sessions" @yogarebel - August 2025

After a short break, it feels good to be announcing the date for our next Sunday Session.

In saying that I hope that you can join me on Sunday, 3rd August @ Yoga Rebel for an immersive hour of sound?

Sound immersions are a full-body listening experience. Both a gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative process that promotes balance, clarity, well-being, calm and happiness.

Sound frequencies slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body's system of self-healing that can shift our awareness and our states of consciousness, allowing us to perceive our world differently, in so doing, our mind-body system begins to resonate with more energising, life-promoting frequencies.

WHAT TO BRING - Yoga mat, blanket, pillow and your fabulous self.

You will be lying for an hour, so please dress warm and comfortable.

In fairness, all cancellations must be made 24 hours before the event start.
