The poses, breathwork, mudras and mantras I offer depend on your current situation.

Your Yoga Nidra is taken to the next level with the option to receive Reiki while you lay in a state of relaxation. If you just want a regular Yoga Nidra, that works too. Just let Stacey Carol know.
Based on Hatha Yoga, which brings the body back into balance, this Yoga workshop is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
There will also be sing bowls along for the ride.
Contribution is $50 per person (earlybird payment), $60 from 8th June and payment must be made in advance to secure your space, as spots are limited.
If you have your own mat that is preferable. There are some mats available for those without their own. Please advise at time of booking, to ensure you have one reserved.
