Spot the Signs - Dementia Workshop

Home Instead Watford and Carpenders Park Care Home warmly invites you to our "Spot the Signs" Dementia Awareness Workshop, an informative and supportive event designed to help families, caregivers, and community members recognise the early signs of dementia and learn how to offer meaningful support.

This special workshop will be co-hosted by Dr. Suhail Hussain, a respected expert in elderly care, and Nutritionist Sarah Scotland, who brings insights into how nutrition can support brain health and wellbeing.

Early warning signs and symptoms of dementia

Changes in memory, behaviour, and communication

The importance of diet and nutrition in dementia care
