Restorative Yoga + Reiki

Relax, restore and reconnect in this deeply nourishing class that combines the gentle stillness of restorative yoga with the healing energy of Reiki. This class will offer a quiet space for physical, emotional and energetic healing.

You will be guided through a series of supported yoga poses using props for ease, comfort and support. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing your body to fully release tension and stress. Reiki energy will be offered through gentle touch/assists throughout the class and will help create balance and inner peace.

This class is perfect for all levels, especially those seeking stress relief, a chance to reconnect and reset!
