Tea & Tranquility

Sundays are for slowing down and returning to yourself. This class weaves together gentle yoga, quiet reflection, and the mindful ceremony of tea. After soft, grounding movement, you’ll be invited to savor a warm cup of herbal tea, chosen from a soothing blend of options. Together, the practice and the tea become a ritual of renewal—helping you release the past week and welcome the one ahead with ease and intention.
