This Full Moon encourages reflection around balance in our daily lives, emotional landscapes, and connections with others. Rather than forcing change, Libra teaches us to restore harmony through awareness, clarity, and grounded presence.

In this circle, we’ll gather to:
    •    explore where balance feels steady and where it feels strained
    •    release emotional or energetic heaviness that no longer serves
    •    reconnect with calm, clarity, and grounded intention
    •    invite supportive, heart-centered growth as we move deeper into spring

We’ll work with Smoky Quartz — a deeply grounding stone that helps clear emotional heaviness, release what feels overwhelming, and restore a sense of steadiness and calm — alongside Green Aventurine, which is ideal for spring, encouraging gentle growth, renewed optimism, and openness to new possibilities as the season unfolds.

The circle will close with a guided Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice designed to settle the nervous system, integrate the evening’s reflections, and allow the body and mind to fully rest beneath the energy of the Full Moon.

This is a slow, nurturing gathering — an invitation to pause, soften, and return to center through reflection, crystal wisdom, journaling, and rest.
