Something we’ve been waiting for!!!!! 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️
No, it’s not a vacation (although Morgan is leaving again soon!)
Yes, it is a workshop on Lower Back Pain! Woohoo!!

‼️When: August 11th - Monday!

‼️Where: Yoga Room at Treating the Root

‼️Cost: $25 per person

‼️What: 45 minute lower back workshop

‼️Includes: stretches to help LBP, strengthening exercises, 15 minute yoga class involving the stretches/exercises learned

‼️Difficulty: Beginner Friendly! No experience needed!

‼️come with your listening ears and water; all other things will be provided for you!

Morgan (our chiropractor) will be leading this so she’ll be the one to ask any questions to! 😊
