A Free Hands-On Building Event for Kids
Event Description
Calling all future builders, engineers, and creative problem-solvers 👷♀️👷♂️
NAWIC Dakota Prairies is proud to host the Block Kids® Competition, a national hands-on building competition for kids in grades K–6.
Participants will design and build their own structures using LEGO-style bricks while being judged on: ✔️ Creativity
✔️ Design
✔️ Problem-solving skills
This is a solo competition. No parents helping. No teams. Just kids building brilliance.
🏆 PRIZES, because bragging rights aren’t enough:
• Winners in each grade level will receive prizes
• Cash prizes awarded to the Top 3 overall finishers
This is a fun, encouraging way to introduce kids to construction, engineering, and critical thinking in a hands-on environment.

🧱 Building starts at 10:00 AM SHARP (we run a tight job site)
