All Ages and Abilities Food Budget Hacks with Cornell Cooperative Extension

Join Taylor Rollins, SNAP-Ed Nutrition Educator, as we put fruits and vegetables to the test! You will learn:

-ways to eat healthy on a budget
-how to cook and prepare different seasonal vegetables
-the reasons behind picky eating in children and discover some ways to combat this

and more!

Don't forget, at the end of the workshop we'll make our own apple slaw, a delicious and refreshing summer treat!
