Spring Awakening Workshop

🌸I am pleased to offer a Spring Awakening Yoga workshop where we will practise some energising yoga easing us out of Winter and into Spring, followed by a guided meditation.🕯️

📝Then we will spend some time journalling our thoughts, dreams and wishes for the new season.

☕️🍰We’ll have a tea break with homemade treats and finish the workshop with a wonderful deep relaxation to rest and nourish the soul.😴
