Deer Butchery & Saxon Cookery Workshop

Gather round a warm fire this winter to learn the most ancient skill there is: how to prepare an animal for the table. Guided by Craig Brooks, author of Eat Like a Viking! you’ll learn to skin and butcher a deer, and use authentic recipes, tools, and techniques to cook a Saxon feast fit for kings! This workshop is suitable for ages 18+.
