Info: Settle in with tea and community as we open the day with intention. We’ll introduce the flow of the retreat and get to know each other.
Info: Discover the blueprint of your energy and life path through Human Design. You'll receive a snapshot of your personal human design chart (based on birth info) and learn how to apply its insights to your daily rhythms, decision-making, and self-understanding.
Info: Channel your inner artist during this mixed-media session where you’ll design a one-of-a-kind journal cover. Using personal symbolism, imagery, and color, you’ll create a visual representation of your identity that can serve as a space for reflection throughout the retreat and beyond.
Info: We’ll gather for a community-style meal where the main dish is provided, and your side dishes bring it all together. Bring your favorite side dish that represents a piece of your identity or culture to share with the group.

Info: Close the evening with some restful reflection. This gentle yoga session will guide you inward to integrate the day’s experiences. Expect soothing stretches, calming breathwork, and movement that supports release and renewal.
Info: We’ll end the day in community, sharing final reflections, gratitude, and intentions to carry forward.
