Somatic Yoga & Meditation in the Gardens

Join us for the last Somatic Yoga + Meditation class of the season!

Breathe, move, and restore your spirit surrounded by the beauty of nature. This gentle class invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body through mindful movement and somatic-inspired yoga. Perfect for all levels of experience, you’ll be guided into accessible postures, grounding breathwork, and simple practices that nurture balance in both body and mind.

To close, you’ll be welcomed into stillness with a calming meditation accompanied by the soothing, melodic tones of the handpan drum— a soundscape designed to deepen relaxation and leave you feeling peaceful and renewed.

Bring a yoga mat or blanket for beneath you, layers or another blanket for meditation relaxation, water, and an open heart.

Class is suggested donation of $10-30 through the cash jar or Venmo/Paypal if willing and able, to support ongoing classes, events, and offerings.
