🌸 Join us for a transformative class led by Bryndee, a licensed physical therapist from Mercy One.

We are excited for you to join us for Bryndee’s Pelvic Floor Class! Bryndee Nichols, DPT with MercyOne will be showing exercises, sharing how to tailor exercise throughout your cycle, presenting research regarding exercise and fertility, and allowing you to become more in tune with your body.
