Le 12 octobre prochain, nous lançons officiellement INTRVL Trail Estrie avec un 5km en montagne. 🏔️

Quand : dimanche le 12 octobre à 10h

Où: Parc des Montagnards (stationnement P1), Shefford (1h15 de Montréal)
*covoiturage dispo de Montréal (station Rosemont), écrivez-nous en dm sur Instagram ou via Strava

Quoi: Warm up et activation + 5km en montagne + atelier trail + Hangout sur place avec des surprises de nos partnaires principaux : The Unscented Co, Oatbox et Ciele e, Ciele, Unscented et Oatbox! (cadeaux,snacks, drinks, prix)

Vitesse : intervalles au pace doux et accessible, pauses et moments d’apprentissage, on avance ensemble. ❤️‍🔥
