Galentine’s Yoga

Please, leave your inhibitions at the door and walk in with an open heart. Come alone or with your Gal-lentine’s to breathe, stretch, and just be.

What to bring: A bottle of water, a pillow, and a blanket. If you have a yoga mat, bring it along (if not, I have extras to loan!).
What to wear: Anything cozy! Sweats and leggings are perfect.
