Heading back to school often brings a mix of excitement and stress—for both kids and parents. In this engaging and practical class, therapist Katie Schmitz, LISW, will guide you through simple, body-based tools to help manage anxiety and overwhelm as the school year begins.

You’ll learn:

How to reset your vagus nerve to promote calm
How to recognize and interpret physical signs of stress
Why starting with the body—rather than trying to “think your way out” of or “shove down” stress—can lead to better emotional and mental well-being

This class is open to parents, educators, college students, teens, and anyone interested in understanding the mind-body connection and building resilience during times of transition.
