Sunflower Watercolor Workshop

In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to capture the delicate beauty of sunflowers with the soft, flowing medium of watercolor. Whether you're a beginner or an curious crafter, our step-by-step instruction will guide you through creating compositions, focusing on water control, movement, and light. All supplies included!

About the intructor: Angelica Boleta is a self-taught artist known for her delicate, nature-inspired watercolor paintings. Her work captures the vibrant colors and elegance of flora and fauna, reflecting a deep, heartfelt connection to the natural world.

Blending traditional techniques with a modern touch, Angélica creates pieces that evoke both emotion and tranquility. Beyond painting, she shares her passion for watercolor through workshops, guiding others in discovering the meditative flow of the medium. Whether through custom commissions or in-person and online classes, her goal is to help others embrace creativity, let go of control, and find peace in the fluidity of watercolors.

About the location: Wheatland Spring is an estate brewery, family owned and operated. They work the farm to grow grains, botanicals, capture native yeast, and draw water from a natural source below the fields for the sole purpose of offering their clients the highest quality beer they’re capable of making.

1. The stone & gravel pathway to get to the workshop location is uneven and should be considered for those with mobility challenges.

2. Outside food and beverage is not permitted, but that the brewery will be open with a full menu.
